Graeme made it all painless

I had crashed my wife's old Lexus so I figured I had better get her a replacement or I would be for it. She always struggled with the Lexus being so long so I figured I would downsize and get something she would be more comfortable driving. The Honda Jazz at Tyne Vehicle Buyer was just what I was looking for. Graeme was very very helpful, he was brilliant at keeping us updated and when it had failed its MOT he was full of apologies. He got it all sorted though and rang to tell me he was arranging for the car to be delivered free of charge for the inconvenience. It all came on time and they took our old car away for us too. He just made it all a painless process. He should train all the staff as he was a shining example of how to handle customers, he was just brilliant.
